I am Josiah Botting and I have a passion for capturing moments of euphoria and typically specialize in the work of concert photography. My work features the underground hardcore/pop-punk/metal scene and focuses on the bands who have historically been outcasted by society as too “emo.”
In recent years, the resurgence of “emo” music has returned and the scene has never been more fruitful and alive with passion for emotionally driven music. My work is inspired by a blend of film photography and an experimental editing style that is non-traditional when it comes to photography.
